A Bachelorette Party

Bachelorette parties are meant to celebrate, not humiliate, your beloved bride to be! Ditching the traditional male anatomy focus and trading getting trashed for an “elated buzz”, I designed an evening that would bring meaning and participation for all guests involved and create adorable photo-ops along the way.

Each bridesmaid received a road map to navigate the evening and also to hold on to as a souvenir. As we followed the hand drawn illustration cues we snapped a photo of our “Becklorette” with a Polaroid camera. This kept the focus on our girl of the hour and created an easy and quick album to gift to her at the end of the evening.

Okay, I said no humiliation but I couldn’t help but make the 50s style pill box “BRIDE” hat to add some enchantment and, of course, nod to the traditions of vintage wedding festivities. The hat offered a nice visual link between our darling photos and the illustrated guide.
